MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS – 2007

Individual must be a current member, in good standing with the Air Force Association. Check appropriate category, complete and return form with check payable to Iron Gate Chapter, AFA to Carol Nelson at the address below.


____ 1. REGULAR, RESIDENT – Residing or working within 75 miles of Columbus Circle,
New York City Annual Dues Assessment - $275. (Includes three luncheons at the 21 Club).

____ 2. REGULAR, NON-RESIDENT – Residing or working outside the 75 mile limit. Pays when attending Luncheon Meeting - $85 prepaid or $95 at the door. Annual Assessment -$60. Regular members include current members of the Reserve & National Guard, and former military.

____ 3. SERVICE – Active duty personnel. AFA has passed a new resolution which permits
Active Duty personnel to vote and hold office. Not required to pay annual assessment. Pays when attending Luncheon Meeting - $85 prepaid or $95 at door.

____ 4. PATRON – No service with U.S. Armed Forces. RESIDENT – residing or working within 75 miles of Columbus Circle, New York City Annual Assessment - $275. (Includes three luncheons at the 21 Club).

NON-RESIDENT – Residing or working outside the 75 mile limit. Pays $85 (in advance or $95 at the door) when attending Luncheon Meeting. Annual Dues Assessment - $60.
